How much does shipping cost?

For continental France, 5.50 Euros via GLS for home delivery and 4.50 Euros via Mondial Relay.

For Martinique, Guadeloupe and Reunion Islands, between 18 to 23.50 Euros (according to the weight of your order) via Colissimo home delivery with signature.

For Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Luxemburg: 9.50 Euros with GLS home delivery with signature.

For Austria, Italy, Switzerland, Denmark and United-Kingdom: 12.50 Euros with GLS home delivery with signature.

For Spain, Ireland, Poland, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Portugal : 16 Euros with GLS home delivery with signature.

For United States of America, Canada and Turkey: 24 Euros with DHL express international.

For Lebanon and United Arab Emirates: 37 Euros with DHL express international.

For every purchase over 120 Euros, the shipping is offered within continental France (except Corsica).

What are the delivery lead times?

For Continental France via GLS: 2 to 3 working days and 4 to 5 days via Mondial Relay.

For the other destinations it depends on the distance: a week to 10 working days. Do not hesitate to contact us via email happyteam@studiokelime.com should you require any further information.

How to follow my order?

Go to your account page. The status of the shipment of your order will be featured together  with the shipment details. You will also receive an email with the relevant information.

The delivery does not conform to my order

The delivery does not correspond to the size or model I ordered or it is damaged: write to us at happyteam@studiokelime.com and we will find a solution as quickly as possible.

How do returns work?

Any items that are returned to Studio Kelimé must be in their original condition and be returned along with any and all accessories and documents delivered with them, as well as the label. Items of clothing may be tried on briefly but must not have been washed or worn. Returned items that have been personalised, altered, interchanged, damaged (other than by the carrier), worn or modified by You or that are incomplete will not be refunded or exchanged. They may however be sent back to You at your expense.

For any item delivered in Metropolitan France, Studio Kelimé will send the customer a prepaid return slip so that he can return it without delay. The price of the returned items will be refunded in cash to the customer within 30 days of receipt by Studio Kelimé, minus the initial delivery costs.  

For any item delivered in a territory other than Metropolitan France, the price of the items returned will be refunded in cash to the customer within 30 days of receipt by

Studio Kelimé, minus the initial delivery costs. In addition, a purchase voucher equal to the amount of the initial delivery costs will be sent to the customer within the same period. The return must be made by the customer by his/her own means and at his/her own expense.
